Extra HEPA H13 antistatic cartridge kit for SBCX benches.
Extra kit consisting of 4 HEPA H13 ANTISTATIC cartridges mounted inside the screed, which will then be supplied ready to use with these filters
Thanks to this kit, the final filtration efficiency of the bench increases from 99 to 99.9%, ideal for processes that produce micro-dust.
The term HEPA filter (from the English High Efficiency Particulate Air filter) indicates a particular high-efficiency filtration system for fluids (liquids or gases).
HEPA filters belong to the category of so-called 'absolute filters', justified by the fact that HEPA filters have a high filtration efficiency. In particular, HEPA filters are classified according to their filtration efficiency of 0.3 µm particles, in accordance with UNI EN 1822 standards. They are in fact grouped into 5 classes (H10 to H14) with increasing performance characteristics.
They are tested using the dispersion method of a dioctylphthalate aerosol (DOP test): the calculated efficiency is > 99.999 % with particles of 0.3 µm diameter (0.001 % penetration).
