High pressure welding fume extractor GTC1A22

High-pressure welding fume extractor with integrated filtration (micrometric abatement 97-98% at 0.3 microns) to be connected to a maximum of two SAT line extraction torches, specifically designed for continuous industrial use (100% duty cycle) thanks to its robust aluminum blower/turbine with a leading brand three-phase motor. The extractor is designed for manual or automatic operation; in the latter case, the extractor is activated and, by means of a timer, deactivated in sync with the welding cycle.

• The maximum distance, tube length, between the extraction point and the point of fume production is 20-25m.
• Ideal solution for one or two welding stations and reintroduction of fumes into the environment (where permitted, given the 98% filtration degree at 0.3μ in class 10) or direct expulsion to the outside.
• Automatic activation during arc ignition makes it completely automatic without wasting time.

 Construction 

• The entire structure is made of an extruded aluminum frame and padded with press-formed sheet metal panels and powder coated

•  The pre-filter housing chamber is made of 20/10 sheet metal and is sized
• suitable for creating an air deceleration plenum to achieve the correct speed of passage through the filters.
