MFPHV vacuum cabin with HEPA filters and wheels

The structure of the MFPHV mini suction cabin is made entirely of sturdy, high-quality galvanized sheet metal, with panels and profiles sealed with silicone sealants and bolted together with high-strength bolts.

Thanks to its design, the extraction cabin forms an extraction workstation on legs with an inclined extraction front: this solution has been designed to optimize extraction across the entire front work surface.

An example of its application is the welding of electronic circuits or small parts.

The filter section of the MFPH model consists of three stages:

• Sturdy cardboard with offset holes "Andreae Patent" housed in special guides and fixed laterally with screw-on paper clips, making replacement very easy.

• Flat filters with progressive density glass fiber filter media weighing 200 g/m2 and 50 mm thick.

• HEPA H13 filter in the exhaust with 99.9% filtration efficiency to stop micro-dust

The integrated electric vacuum cleaner is located in the upper part of the cabin, complete with a high-efficiency impeller that is carefully balanced statically and dynamically to be vibration-free.

Standard air outlet on the right side, circular connection on request.

On request, it can be completed with LED lighting, painted or stainless steel structure, rotating plate for working on pieces, and air exhaust connections.

Standard voltage three-phase 400/3/50, single-phase 220/1/50 on request.
