MFV80 mobile activated carbon extractor

The MFV80 mobile extractor has been designed to extract and filter fumes and odors produced during small painting operations using spray cans, rollers, or brushes. It can also be used for gluing, resin coating, cleaning parts, or other operations that generate volatile organic compounds or solvents.

Thanks to its compact size, wheels, and handles, it can be easily moved close to the work area to extract SOV-VOC fumes using the various accessories available.

Simple and effective operation

The purifier extracts fumes and odors from the hood of the suction arm, which pass through the machine from below, are filtered through three stages of filtration, and then released back into the environment* through low-speed grilles.

Construction

• Supporting structure in aluminum profiles. The structure is padded with self-supporting panels in sturdy sheet metal, sealed with silicone sealants and joined together with high-strength bolts.

• Practical handles for moving and 4 swivel wheels with brakes;

• Single-suction centrifugal fan in anti-spark version directly coupled to ATEX three-phase motor;

• Professional activated carbon filtration for SOV-COV and odor absorption;

• On-board electrical panel with hour meter;

• Non-sparking fan and ATEX-certified motor;

• Self-supporting suction arm, diameter 200 mm, working radius 3 m, with high-capacity hood and handle for easy positioning
