The bench structure is made of sturdy galvanized press-folded sheet metal (painted upon request) sized to withstand mechanical stress and supported weights.
In this version, the bench is supplied without filters, to be connected to a fan or external filters or to be used for spark-forming operations in place of the bench with filters to prevent fire ignition.
The support and work surface is composed of a reinforced structure with side uprights outside the bench to discharge the weight to the floor
The front suction bulkhead is constructed of punched galvanized sheet metal for fume extraction; anti-rebound metal mesh is available upon request to cushion any grinding chips.
SBA is equipped with a perforated internal balancing cylinder, collection drawers and adjustable feet for leveling according to the ground and the operator.
Onthe side is the suction hole with a circular cross-section of appropriate size so that the bench can be easily connected to the discharge pipe.
Larger slag and any accidentally dropped objects remain in the easily opened collection drawers on the front of the bench.
