The SDCA version is produced in 6 different models, all complete with on-board extractor fan, support feet, and three filter stages, with a high-quality virgin vegetable activated carbon final filter.
Construction
Supporting structure in aluminum profiles, equipped with feet and closing panels in galvanized steel (painted on request)
Front door for maintenance and replacement of filter cartridges.
High-performance single-suction centrifugal fan with IE3 400/3/50 electric motor.
Integrated filtration with three filter stages:
Stage 1 dust filter with efficiency EN ISO 16890:2016 GROUP ISO ePM10 50% (ePM1 8% – ePM2.5 17% – ePM10 53%). Reaction to fire (DIN53438): class F1
Stage 2: 15 mm thick synthetic filter located inside the activated carbon cartridges. Weighted average efficiency (Am): 82%. Weight: 160 g/m². Fire reaction (DIN53438): class F1.
Stage 3 consists of a series of activated carbon cartridges, constructed of concentric cylinders of micro-striated sheet metal and closed at the ends by special galvanized sheet metal caps. The cartridges are filled with mineral-based carbon drawn into 4 mm cylinders, specifically designed for the physical absorption of volatile organic compounds in the gas phase. The cartridges are easy to open for replacement of the spent activated carbon.
Applications
The SDCA series activated carbon extractors, being complete with extractor, can be used to extract fumes from collection systems such as extraction arms or extraction benches, or connected to custom-designed extraction systems with specific collection points.
